Hi Anon, the first training our consultants usually receive is our amazing kickoff training. During this intense two week program, you learn the basics about how the company works, which methods and tools we provide to help you and you also build up your leadership and teamplayer skills. Last but not least, it's a great chance to start building a network inside the firm, as the kickoff is usually organized globally for all new hires across the different regions.
