Dear, I will be starting my internship at RB in 2 weeks at the Brussels office and I was wondering how the performance of an intern is objectively assessed. Hi Jean, thanks for your question. The evaluation of interns is handled by each country individually, so I can only speak for the DACH-region.
Generally, I would really recommend every intern to use their internship as a possibility to get to know the company in detail. I believe that an internship is all about getting to know each other. If there is a good fit between you and the company, a full-time offer should be the natural next step.
