Thank you for your question. Of course, career changers are also very welcome. We have some good examples that a change to consulting can work very well.
With the contract offer you will already receive some important information and tips and tricks on how to best prepare for your start with us.
Of course, we offer an intensive onboarding for career changers with special trainings you can attend to be prepared for your first project. Those specific trainings are complemented with our general kick-off training, where you learn the basic skills for consulting.
With your personal mentor, you regularly discuss the areas in which you still need support and together you select the best offers from our training catalog.
