I handle this on a project by project basis. There are projects where direct contact to the client or with the team is beneficial and others where remote settings work fine. In general we have adapted very well to the whole situation and a lot of projects are done from home-office. It's also very voluntary so for example if you want to meet up with colleagues in the office and the current regulations regarding COVID allow for it you are free to do so

Same here - Flexibility in choosing the "right" project setup with the client and the RB team has increased -> E.g., co-locating in our office instead of client site, two or three days on the road instead of four, ...
