Hi Rafael, thank you for your question.
First of all our policies are the same for the whole DACH region, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
I have to say that this is a rather special case, as most of the time our colleagues go for either/or ;-) - I am sure it is something that our colleagues could bring up and discuss with their mentor (who is their career coach) and find an individual solution, especially if you already have an MBA or Phd when joining.
