In general we strongly recommend to be authentic and yourself throughout the recruiting day. We want to get to know you and your background and it is crucial to us that you get a clear and detailed picture and feeling about our colleagues and our company.

During the recruing day, it is important that we get to know you but you will also get the chance to get to know us. In our personality interview, it is important that you are yourself and that you reflected about your strengths and weaknesses. Of course, your motivation for consulting and RB in particular is also important.
