For me the top 3 soft skills are: Empathy - You need to have good listening skills to understand your client, his needs and problems, and adapt your working style to his specific requirements. Team skills - Our everyday work and project success is based on great teamwork. Flexibility - In a new project every client, every company culture, every team, every task is different and you need to be able to quickly adapt to the new setting.
