Dear Pia, thank you for your question. In principle, your academic background is not a decisive factor for your project assignment at Roland Berger. It rather depends on your thematic interests: For example, it is no problem to work as an architect in the area of restructuring. However, if you have already gained thematic experience, it is of course a good idea to expand on this in the corresponding departments at Roland Berger. For example, the infrastructure department at our company also deals with real estate (management). This could be an interesting area. In addition, it is also interesting to know that we naturally employ people with very different academic backgrounds. However, as part of a two-week kickoff and several training sessions, you are given the necessary "tools" for a successful start in consulting.
