On our 24-month program you will work on exciting projects, get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base, and build an international network. Regular training and special coaching for female consultants will foster your personal and professional development. You can look forward to numerous networking events in our Women @ Roland Berger Community and meet other female consultants from other practice groups and offices. You will have the support of a female mentor throughout your journey.
You should have a master degree or a PhD, International experience from an internship or semester abroad and you should have done several internships in a strategic or conceptual field.
