Hi Theresa Sophie, nice to e-meet you! Our percentage of women within our teams is rising continuously on all levels, but we want even more gender diversity within Roland Berger! This is why we have rolled out lots of initiatives like our EmpowHER events, our female buddy system or our European Female Talent Program to specifically address female talent!

We have lots of internal goals in all directions of diversity. What is most important for us is that Roland Berger stays a place where everyone can embrace their authentic self! Besides our initiatives for gender diversity we also have our LGBTQ+ community Just be, Parents at Roland Berger and people of color - all these communities are supported by specific events (like for example our Pride weeks), panel discussions or training for all employees
