E.g., other top consultancies offer support such as flexible work (scaling down to e.g., 80% for a period of time), extending the usual promotion window upon request, concierge services so colleagues don’t have to spend time e.g., searching for home cleaning services, etc. Does RB provide this or other support to encourage women to advance and enter leadership positions?

Sure! As a woman in consulting you will be assigned a female mentor. She will support you in addition to your "normal" mentor. In addition to that, there are additional boot camps and trainings only for women. Flexible work options are available, too. If you need to extend your PhD leave, you can do so. But this option is available for male colleagues, too.

We in addition have a Women@RB initiatives which connects the women across the ranks at RB. The initiative offers mentoring/coaching dedicated to women, fireplace chats with inspiring female role models from the industry as well as the opportunity to connect.
