How does Roland Berger celebrate Pride Month?

So many ways. It's a combination of local and global initiatives.

Within the global JustBe network, we do coffee chats, internal meetings, panel discussions, live chats. Globally, as well, we have RB Pride Week, a week-long RB celebration that brings all global offices together to highlight LGBTQ+ employees.

Locally, there are many initiatives, both social and educational, to celebrate Pride Month. As an example, in the Boston office, I was in charge of planning Pride Week festivities. In this role, I organized daily lunches from local LGBTQ+-operated restaurants, a movie screening for an LGBTQ+ film, as well as an office happy hour. We decorated the office in rainbows and ate cake. It was a nice celebration.
