Looking at the cost structure of EVs from a customer perspective, electricity is one of the lowest cost components as of today. Electricity is considerably cheaper than fuel in (I guess) all markets. However, high purchasing prices combined with high value depreciation and high insurance cost is a key inhibitor for customers to switch from combustion engine vehicles to EVs
