Hi Lakshma! Many thanks for your question. I think at Roland Berger we have quite a unique culture. Based on my personal experience having already worked with many colleagues across the globe, I can tell that it is a mutually supportive, open and quite diverse culture. I have experienced that you can always reach out to colleagues and ask for support in content and non-content related topics. I think there is at least one key driver behind this kind of culture - we are a global firm but still have a size which allows to build connections and deep relationships in local offices, countries and competence centers.
