Personally, I had the opportunity to work with colleagues with quite diverse backgrounds both in terms of geography as well as education. This includes peers from, for example, Germany, Spain, France, Brazil and the Ukraine, among others, which were holding a variety of degrees from business to mechanical engineering and physics. However, Roland Berger teams do not only include diverse educational & cultural backgrounds, but also entail on a variety of religious beliefs or sexual orientations. In short, in my opinion, RB fosters a culture of openness and mutual respect. Diversity as part of our culture is also one of our key success factors.
