Does Roland Berger have any diversity initiatives in place? If so, how have these helped you?

Dear Xiaowen, thank you for your important question.
We do have various diversity initiatives in place. Some of them are women initiatives for example. Personally I really enjoy our monthly women exchanges and the activities we are pushing forward together. For example, we do have compiled new recruiting and retaining formats which are highly appreciated by our co-workers and the management team. Furthermore, those regular interactions are very inspiring personally and also very helpful for my personal development within the company.
