That is true and the case in many projects. How we handle it depends completely upon the particular situation and involved people. There is no "one size fits all" solution or answer, but a unique challenge that you have to solve in every project, often with the involvement of the partners as they now their clients the best. We always strive to find a solution that benefits everyone and the company as a whole.

True, these situations actually show how well the communication within the project team is. Teams who have good internal communication usually handle it better, they share information faster, and their action is well aligned
