Hi Anna, happy to e-meet you! The female buddy system supports our female collegues to get quickly onboarded. You have the ability to ask all you questions (also those questions that you don't want to ask your mentor) to your female buddy. Currently, I'm supporting 3 female collegues and we build a very good relationship over the time :)
